General Terms: Guest Age: All guests must be 18 years or older. We welcome families with children of all ages, but children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Accommodation Reservations: While we embrace love in all its forms, accommodation at Apna Farmhouse is currently reserved for married couples or families. Please contact us if you have any questions or inquiries regarding alternative options.
Identification: To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a valid government-issued identification card, such as an Aadhar card or passport. PAN cards are not accepted for this purpose.
Prohibited Activities: Apna Farmhouse is a haven for relaxation and responsible enjoyment. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling, substance abuse, and possession of weapons or ammunition, are strictly prohibited.
Guest Responsibility: We trust our guests to treat the property and its facilities with care. Any damage incurred during your stay will be your responsibility, and associated repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Respectful Conduct: We prioritize a welcoming and harmonious environment for all. Any disrespect, violence, or disruptive behavior towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Substance Restrictions: Apna Farmhouse promotes a healthy and mindful atmosphere. Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. Nudity and Privacy: Public areas are for everyone’s enjoyment. Nudity and explicit content are not permitted.
Management Discretion: The team at Apna Farmhouse reserves the right of admission and to update these terms and conditions as needed, without prior notice.
Function Booking Terms: Securing Your Event: To reserve the function venue, a deposit of 50% is required. This deposit will be fully refunded upon meeting the minimum spend commitment or at the function’s conclusion.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your function, please inform us in writing: 30+ days prior: Receive a full refund. 14-30 days prior: Receive 50% of the deposit. Less than 14 days prior: No refund of the deposit.
Client Responsibility: We trust you to conduct your function responsibly and ensure the conduct of your guests and invitees aligns with our values. Any damage caused during the function will be your responsibility.
Guest Confirmation: Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function. Any adjustments within this timeframe will be accommodated, but the confirmed number at 48 hours will determine the minimum charge.
Set-Up and Access: You may access the room one hour before the function begins for decorations and preparations.
Amenities: Dive into Relaxation: Enjoy our refreshing swimming pool and soak up the picturesque mountain views from the beautiful garden.
Family Fun: Keep the little ones entertained in the outdoor play area while you unwind in the comfortable living area or dedicated seating space.
Home Away from Home: Each room comes equipped with linens, toiletries, and ample storage. Convenience Awaits: Free Wi-Fi and generous parking space are available for your comfort.
Get Grilling: Savor the outdoors with our dedicated barbeque facility.
Additional Delights: While the room amenities cater to your basic needs, delicious food and beverages (including tea, breakfast, and a variety of veg and non-veg meals) can be ordered at additional charges.
